Terms and Conditions

Late Policy:
Participants are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure the workshop runs smoothly. If a participant is more than 20 minutes late, entry will be denied, and no refund will be provided. Exceptions may be made at the instructor’s discretion in case of an emergency.

No Show Policy:
If you do not attend the workshop at all, without 7 business days written notice, no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy:
Partial refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the advertised event. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will not be refunded. Partial refund means you will get the ticket price reimbursed minus the extra fees from tickit.ca the ticket website host.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only accepted via email 7 business days prior to the advertised event. Please send cancellations to redeemer.vintage@gmail.com

Bring Your Own Machine Discount:
Participants who bring their own sewing machine will receive a $5 discount off the workshop fee by purchasing a discounted ticket. Machines must be in working condition and suitable for the workshop activities.

Your tickets are being purchased from Adeye (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
